Maybe it’s the fact that I’m getting older that I don’t make time to enjoy games as much as I use to or maybe I am just a generation removed from the latest craze that is MineCraft. My son along with his friends in the sub-twelve age group just thrive in this creative online world.
This is not news to many people but one thing that is very cool is the fan base and the creativity that builds upon this platform.
Last night I helped my son do a vague google search for a song he had heard was ‘pretty cool’ about MineCraft. I was amazed as we happened upon the YouTube link which has already been discovered by nearly 30 MILLION likes. The animation and the parodied Usher song are truly awesome and very catchy.
